We're listening. Kind of. We check our email at least once a week, sometimes twice if we're feeling ambitious.
Send us an email. We'll read it. We might even respond, depending on how interesting your subject line is.
- Artist/collection requests (we have a list, we're working on it)
- Bugs that make the site unusable (versus bugs that are charming)
- Feature suggestions (within reason)
- General feedback (positive or constructive, we can take it)
- Philosophical questions about RNKLing as a concept
- Demands that we remove an artist because you don't like them
- Spam (obviously)
- Asking us to explain why your RNKLing is wrong (it's not, it's yours)
- Marriage proposals (we're flattered but no means no)
If you're reaching out about a technical issue, it helps if you tell us what browser you're using and what you were doing when things broke. Screenshots are also great. We're not psychic, just moderately competent.
Response time varies between 24 hours and "oh god we forgot about that email from three weeks ago." We're doing our best.
